This whole week kitorang ade practical quality 1 training..yg 2 punye dah buat before xmas last year..bunyi cam pelik tp cikgu kitorg mmg superb aaa mengaja..kalo nak salin sume skali ape die cakap dalam kelas, memang abes 3 buku nota..sume yg die cakap sume logik, sume masuk akal..everything about quality is ssooooo much important, not only in running business, but also in our daily life..memang ad sparius tak ajar pasal life quality, tp concept quality yg die ajar untuk bisnes management, is some sort of the same with our own life generally..
Ape yg ad aja? In layman's term, every process, every inputs and outputs need to be controlled to gain better quality..and quality is not something u can buy or steal, its build in within..pergh gile speaking aku macam terer bi..(Btw, 1119 aku A2, ielts band 7 muet sket lagi band 5) ok aku belagak..hahahaha..dalam kelas, sibuk dok blaja pasal statistical control, all the corrective and preventive method, aaa macam2 aaa aku pon dah lupa..but one thing yg aku ingat, the Hawthorne effects..
Ape die sbenanye hawthorne effects nih? Skali lagi dengan seringkas yg mungkin aku try cite supaya korang2 sume paham..dulu masa 1924 kot (gile lama dah experiment ni) ade satu company kat amarika, hawthorne works kalo tak silap, buat experiment nak kaji macam mana nak tingkatkan productivity workers die..so cara die, die letakkan sekumpulan macik2 dalam 2 bangunan asing..same facilities, same ruang bekerja..everything is identical between those two buildings..so bangunan A dijadikan sebagai controlled specimen (macam binatang pulak panggil specimen)..ok tuka, controlled employees..and in building B, as the experiment punye group..
So what they did was, top management dah kasi tukar itu lampu dalam building B, supaya jadi lebih terang..dengan harapan produktiviti meningkat..stiap bulan depa tuka bagi jadi lagi terang..and at the end of experiment, produktiviti meningkat..now is the real thing, bile dah dekat abes experiment, diorg tuka balik jadi lampu asal yg kurang terang, but the productivity rate goes way higher than before!! Sampai satu tahap, ini sume top management pon pening ngan ape yg dah jadi..so kaji punye kaji, rupenye productivity meningkat bukan sebab lampu..
Its just simply because, macik2 yg dalam building B tu, telah merasa special sbb diorg sgt eksaited bile dapat attention dari sume org dalam company..they felt so special that the company wants to do those experiments on them, that made them bersemangat untuk buat keje..pelik kan psikology dan pemikiran manusia..but that's the hard fact..manusia akan selalunya berasa happy or senang hati or bersemangat or ape2 je la yg jadikan die positif bile diberi attention..sama kes la ngan macik2 tadi..
And yeah, these effect does apply to our normal daily life..we give attention to someone, and that might made their day..manusia ni sbenanye mmg takleh dok sorg2..dok je sorg2, rasa je macam sorg2 tapi teke aa sape yg start datang kacau..paham2 sendiri korang pandai pikir..kadang2 just a simple smile, could save someone kan? berbalik kepada persoalan, ape kaitan cite2 kat atas tadi? Jawapan: takde kaitan..hanya sebab aku boring so nak abeskan masa dan nk meletihkan jari..ahahahaha

Aku nk cite pasal chronograph ngan tachymeter tadi..tapi ntah camne leh cite pasal hawthorne..lantakla..btw, rasanye sape2 yg ade blaja psychology, ade chapter ni dalam syllabus depa..so kalo sape2 psikologis yg ade terbaca ni, kalo explanation aku salah, tolong btolkan eh (ade aku kesah?) Hahahaahaha..ok bye!!
