Why does a football team requires:

1.Strikers
2.Midfielders
3.Defenders
4.Goalkeepers
5.Manager

The answer is quite simple actually..strikers are usually been tasked to make goals..midfielders are to support the strikers,and sometime to fool the opponents..defenders are to make sure that the ball does not go through the net..goalkeepers are to save the net from being concede..and last but not least, the manager who made the tactics..

Its been long time since my team played for the top flight league..never thought of being relegated..but, these arrogant team were defeated badly once and was demoted to the 2nd division..it was harsh when the final match made us concede tons of goals without any reply..it was such a disgrace that the manager couldn't even dream of his team ever being promoted to the top flight again..

After long hours of struggles, and commando like training regim, a little bit of luck and passion, his team is once again been promoted, hoping to gain the title and the pride of the champion..goals by goals, match by match..slowly climbing up the table..

Though, the hopes were beginning to fade when his greatest tactics were claimed as old school and is taking his team down..the strikers lost their agility and body balance..his midfielders always loose their concentration..the defenders failed to make their offside traps..and the goalkeepers being very sloppy surely wouldn't help..

Thus, as the respected manager by his lads, he must try to bring back the spirits that has long gone (despites all of the losses and the mocks they've got)..tweak his 'old school' tactics, and making sure that his team beats all the others..

But before he can do so, learning and revising all the mistakes made would be very important..critical decisicions need to be made; fast and accurate..

With such a negative thinking,he's imagining that his team will be brought down soon enough if he does not make his critical move..before all of those mighty lads experience their worst nightmare once again; demoted!

Nevertheless, whatever happens, this team will always know that their supporters will always be there to cheer on them..and that should be the most important thing in a football team..
